Mr & Mrs Leask's wedding card

Good afternoon everyone

I'm finally getting around to sharing with you the card I made for my cousin Colin and his beautiful wife Serena's wedding day.  Again, I chose to do a tealight candle card with the template being from Crafters Companion.

I tried to keep it very simple with 2 contrasting colours.  I wanted their names on there and the date of the wedding which I did.  When I was playing around with the 2 flowers I came across making the 2 ends to meet up into a love heart (not too bad for my first effort trying to keep the wire in a love heart shape).  I added peel offs around the edges to neaten the look up and finished off with some pearly bling and punched and embossed butterflies.

Serena was absolutely delighted when she opened it.  I love these cards - it's a card and gift in one!  (I also kept the candles white sticking to the theme of a wedding obviously!).

Thank you for stopping to have a look.
